Medfolio
Terms of use
Effective and last updated: 13 October 2026
Medfolio is developed by Adeel Nawaz to help you store, organize, and retrieve medical records on your device. These terms describe the app's intended use and limitations.
Record organization and medical use
Medfolio is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Medfolio does not interpret results, assess your health, monitor emergencies, or recommend care. Do not use its extracted text or record details as a substitute for the original document or professional judgment.
Your documents and record accuracy
Only add documents you are entitled to store and use. You remain responsible for checking imported documents, reviewing extracted information, and correcting record details. Text extraction and classification can be wrong or incomplete, and some preserved attachments may not be searchable.
Backups and access
Medfolio does not provide an account, cloud sync, or server recovery. Its vault is excluded from automatic device backups. Create and check a manual backup before changing phones, removing app data, or uninstalling. Loss of a device or local data without a usable saved backup can mean permanent loss of your records.
Exported ZIP backups are not encrypted. App Lock controls access to the app screen and does not encrypt records or backups. Restoring a backup replaces the current vault after confirmation. You control where you save or share exported copies.
Privacy and support
Read the privacy policy for how the app handles information. Visit support for app help or questions about these terms. Do not send medical documents to support.
Updates
The app may change over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
